Rich brings over 10 years of multifamily industry experience in growing, building, and developing client relationships and partnerships. Many industry leaders know Rich through his 7 years with Wilmar Industries as an Outside Sales Representative and Roto Rooter Plumbing where he spent 3 years as a Commercial Account Representative. In addition, Rich also spent 8 years with Jayson Oil Company as an Outside Sales Representative in the water conditioning and pool departments.
